1. What if i dont like the product?

A: We have no question ask policy. You dont like the product or not like the fitting just click watsap icon on our website and request a return. For more checkout our return policy.



2. How do I cancel my order?

A: If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to support by submitting your request via "contact us" form or send us a WhatsApp message with your order ID within 24 hrs of your order. 


3. Do you accept returns?

A: Yes, we do accept returns subject to fulfilment of the following conditions: - The item must have been sold on our online store - The item shouldn't have been used in any way - The item should have its original packaging with all the tags etc. - The return or exchange request is made within 24 hrs once receiving order. To request for a return, please reach out to support by submitting your request on watsap. A member of our support staff shall respond within 2 working days


4. What is the status of my order?

A: Once you have placed your order with us, we will send you a confirmation email for the same. Orders get shipped daily by noon except Sundays and public holidays. So if you place your order before noon we ship out on the same day. 


Once your order is shipped, all tracking details will be sent to your registered email id and phone number. You can also track the status of your order from the "order history" section on your account page.


You can also track order using your order id or tracking id on our tracking page. 



5. What payment methods do you accept?

A: You can purchase on our website using a debit, credit card, net banking or UPI. You can choose these payment methods at checkout. 


6. Do we have Cash on delivery option as a payment mode?

A: Yes we have COD avalaible.
